About this Event

Join Us in Making Food Work for All

The launch of the Scottish Food Commission marks an important moment for Scotland’s food system. This event will bring together key actors from across the sector—producers, processors, retailers, public bodies, community organisations, academics, policy makers and citizens—to introduce the Commission’s purpose, approach, and ambitions as Scotland’s new independent champion for a fair, sustainable, and thriving food system.

Join us for the official launch of the Scottish Food Commission—Scotland’s new independent voice for a fair, sustainable and thriving food system.

At this event, we’ll introduce who we are, outline our mission, and unveil our Initial Strategic Plan Consultation. This is your first opportunity to help shape the Commission’s early priorities and influence the direction of our work.

Connect with leaders and partners from across the food system, hear our vision, and be part of the national conversation on Scotland’s food future.
