Mindset Insights: Beginning with a clear, approachable talk on mindset — exploring how your thinking supports or gets in your way, and how it can shape what you attract into your life.
Engage Your Senses: Curated teas, a motivational background soundtrack, and a scent experience which includes a take-home, handcrafted affirmation soap.
A Physical Reminder You Create: Embed your personal mantra into a metal cuff bracelet — a visual reminder of what you’re choosing to focus on. (you will make a test bracelet which you are welcome to takehome, and one final bracelet)
No prior jewelry skills needed — this is an easy, welcoming process for everyone.
