Join us in person for a 6-week therapeutic journey designed to calm and regulate the nervous system, restore hormonal balance, and gently boost your energy levels — without overwhelm or pressure.
- 6 weeks of guided support
- 90 minutes per session in person
- 24/7 online support, of therapeutic yoga, breathwork, meditation, and energy work.
This course is a fusion of deep healing and conscious activation, combining:
• Calming yet revitalizing breathing techniques to support nervous system regulation
• Basics of Hormone Yoga to stimulate and support the endocrine glands
• Grounding Kundalini & Tibetan–inspired practices, adapted in a safe, healing way
• Guided relaxation and meditation to support deep restoration and inner balance
Each session offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and learn practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
This journey is led by Anna, an experienced and qualified Yoga Teacher, Hormone Yoga Therapist, and Drama Therapist, with over 10 years of professional practice supporting nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, and embodied healing.
