Make Collage Bookmarks with Michael Sjostedt
About this Event
Bookmark some fun! ✂️
Join artist Michael Sjostedt of Cut Loose Collage Workshops at Perkins Cove Bookshop for a FREE, drop-in afternoon of creativity and connection!
Using blank bookmarks as your canvas, you’ll transform colorful paper and unexpected combinations into one-of-a-kind collages to keep or give. Make something special for your next great read—or a thoughtful handmade gift for a fellow book lover.
Meet Michael
Michael is a collage artist and the founder of Cut Loose Collage Workshops. He brings people together through approachable, hands-on art experiences at libraries, museums, schools, and community gatherings, including the Eric Carle Museum and Ogunquit Memorial Library. His workshops encourage participants to slow down, experiment, and enjoy making something together—with an emphasis on play and connection rather than perfection.
No experience needed!
All skill levels are welcome. We’ll supply the materials; you bring your creativity. Enjoy a relaxed, friendly setting where you can try something new and connect with fellow makers.
