Make & Take: Classic Cookies with a Twist

For ages 13 & up

Invest a little time in polishing your cooking-making skills. You'll pick up tips on baking techniques and, working with a small group, create three classic cookies with a twist: chocolate chip cookies that include a brown cane sugar used throughout Latin America that produces a deeper, caramel note; a sugar cookie that is transformed with baking spices and pistachios; and a traditional shortbread cookie that includes hazelnut meal and a chocolate drizzle garnish. At the end of class, you'll take home a selection of treats to share with friends and family.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. Tickets are priced per person.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
