Join us for our monthly Make & Create Calm workshop, where grown-ups and children slow down, get creative and enjoy some mindful time together.
� February theme: LOVE & FAMILY
� Calm mindful mini meditation
� Create a journal Moodboard with positive affirmations & dopamine decoupage
� Refreshments included
� Craft goodie bag to take home
� Thursday 26th February
� Ages 5–10: 3.45–5.15pm
� Tweens/Teens 11+: 5.45–7.15pm
