Maha Shakti is a dynamic and complete yoga practice. Maha means Great and Shakti is the Primordial Creative Force. This practice is a creative flow of classical Hatha Yoga to move stuck energy in the body and bring us into a more relaxed and aware state. The practices helps you to foster a friendship with the body and a deeper connection to Self.Come practice and be in a uplifting community.
This class is welcome to all levels and bodies. It can be adapted for individuals. It is recommend however to have basic knowledge of Dharma Yoga Practice or classical Hatha Yoga.
Led by Saraswati Om with over 30 years of yoga practice and study, she directed Dharma Yoga Syracuse for 17 years and now resides in majestic Iceland.
