From there, you’ll be guided into a 30-minute immersive sound bath, allowing your nervous system to fully soften as you rest in healing frequencies and integration.

For those who choose, optional mushrooms can deepen your connection to the experience, enhancing awareness, presence, and receptivity to the healing work.
