Come along to experience this magical Christmas sound bath in the Christmas tavern.Bring along a hot water bottle, a sleeping bag and snuggle up amongst the Christmas trees and immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of the musical instruments, allowing them to wash over you to create a meditative experience, helping you to disconnect from the busyness this time of year brings and allowing you to relax and recharge.
After our sound bath we will huddle down together with a herbal tea and cacao Christmas treat and a chance to connect with others or reflect in silence.
Tickets are £16pp and space limited to 15 people.
