Yin yoga targets the connective tissues; ligaments, joints, and deep fascia, rather than focusing on the muscles. In this 75‑minute session you’ll settle into long‑held postures that invite the body to surrender, stretch, and open where you store tension—hips, lower back, shoulders, and the connective tissue that underpins true flexibility. Reserve your mat now and give yourself the space to unwind, reconnect, and rise with renewed ease and clarity.
Purchasing in advance is essential. Refunds are not available within 24 hours of the event but if you’d like to transfer your space to a friend, just let us know. All refunds carry a £2.00 administration charge.
A Yoga mat, bolster and blocks will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Please bring a blanket for savasana!
