Adventure awaits at Vans as we journey back to Middle-earth for one of the most anticipated Magic sets ever! Gather your fellowship, pack your pipe, and join us for an entire weekend of Hobbit themed fun, food, and events!
Friday August 7
Old Toby Smoke Meetup 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Before we crack our packs, join us outside for a relaxing evening worthy of Bag End.
We'll be transforming part of the store into our own little Hobbit Hole where everyone is welcome to gather around, enjoy the company of fellow adventurers, smoke a pipe, cook bacon and sausages over the fire, and celebrate all things Hobbit before the Prerelease begins.
This meetup is completely free and open to everyone.
Then, when the clock strikes 8:00 PM, we'll head inside for our first Prerelease!
Saturday August 8
Our second Prerelease kicks off at 6:00 PM, giving you another chance to experience the new set if you missed Friday or simply want another adventure.
Sunday August 9
Two Headed Hobbits 2:00 PM
Grab a partner for our special Hobbit themed take on Two Headed Giant!
Your fellowship won't just battle together. You'll also eat like Hobbits. Throughout the event we'll be serving food between rounds inspired by Hobbit meal times.
Expect Themed Food & Drinks for:
First Breakfast (Round 1)
Second Breakfast (Round 2)
Elevenses (Round 3)
Each round brings another chance to enjoy good food, great company, and an epic adventure through Middle-earth.
Longtime Tolkien fan, a Commander regular, or you're looking for your very first Magic event, this is the perfect weekend to join your fellowship and experience one of Magic's most flavorful releases.
