Sunday Elevated Yoga is a rooftop session designed to reset your week before it even begins — sun on your face, fresh air, and a flow guided by an experienced instructor, followed by time to connect with like-minded people over a healthy breakfast.

No pressure to be flexible, no competitive energy — just movement, breath, and a calm start to the day, shared with good company.

🌅 9:00 AM – Welcome & Check-in
Arrival, mats set up, welcome infused water or tea

🧘 9:15 AM – Guided Flow
A 45-minute yoga session suitable for all levels, guided step by step

🌬️ 10:00 AM – Cool Down & Breathwork
Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to close the practice

🥑 10:15 AM – Healthy Breakfast & Mingling
A light, healthy breakfast spread while you chat with the people around you

☀️ 11:00 AM – Open Morning
Free time to keep chatting, connect, and enjoy the view before heading out

🎫 Limited spots to keep the session comfortable

🧘 All levels welcome, no experience required

👕 Wear comfortable workout clothes

🧺 Mats and towels provided — feel free to bring your own if you prefer
