Madhurya Heritage Trunk Show | New York City | Free Entry
About this Event
Six yards. Months of work. One weaver.
Madhurya is coming to New York City — and bringing the looms with it.
For 2 days only, you can see and shop a curated heritage collection of handwoven silk sarees, Linen, Suites, temple and Kundan jewellery, Tanjore paintings, and handcrafted home decor — pieces made by rural artisans in India whose craft has been passed down for generations.
Why this collection is different
Madhurya was founded in 2007 as an Art of Living project with one purpose: to keep India's fading traditional crafts alive by giving the artisans who practice them a real livelihood. Today it works with over 1,100 weavers and craftspeople.
And the proceeds don't stop there — sales supports "Care for Children"
