Old-Time Dance instruction led by Sharon Guli (a.k.a. Miss Tabitha)
This is his event, with his own ideas, his favorite dances, and most importantly - Mike’s Rules!
“Wild West Finery”
Cowboy hats allowed! For this dance, feel free to wear yer old-time cowboy clothes, buckskins, calico dresses and saloon outfits. Even jeans and a cowboy shirt are fine if that’s all y’got.
“But check yer spurs, guns and knives at the door…”
COSTUME CONTEST - Mike picks the winner!
Mike will pick his favorite outfit for best man and best lady,
purely for his own reasons and fancy, and give prizes.
Bribes accepted.
(Historical accuracy always appreciated, but still never guarantees a win. He might pick you just because you smell purty...)
DESSERT CONTEST - Mike picks the winner!
Mike will pick his favorite sweet treat at intermission and give a prize. (Hint - he loves chocolate! 'Jest not dark chocolate...)
EVERYONE ELSE:
Bring your favorite refreshments to share (sweet, salty, fruit, veggies and dip, snacks, etc.) - all are welcome!
