What: A community evening to ground, connect & celebrate the turning of the wheel

What are you ready to gather in, and what are you ready to let fall away?

Mabon sits at the equinox, when light and dark are in balance. That gives you a natural meditation arc: first grounding into the body, then reflecting on what has grown since the start of the year, then releasing what has reached its natural end, and finally choosing what you want to carry into the darker half of the year.

Enjoy an evening of connection, nourishment and reflection, hosted by Authentic Mess.

You’ll be invited to settle in with a bowl of veggie scouse and warming herbal teas, with the option to have a tarot or angel card reading before we come together for a sharing circle.

From there, the evening will gently move into breathwork, followed by a hypnotic sound bath to help you ground, release and reconnect as we mark the turning of the season.

What shall I bring? Bring a mat, pillow an blanket if you would like to get comfortable for the sound bath and a pen and paper to journal
