Woman of Wellness is an intimate evening created to bring women together through honest conversation, meaningful connection and carefully curated wellness experiences.
Hosted by Kate Hill, Founder of Lola Starr, in partnership with Lush Liverpool, this special event has been designed with one simple purpose: to add value to women's lives.
Lola Starr is a premium, British-made activewear brand founded in Liverpool. More than activewear, Lola Starr is passionate about creating a supportive community where women feel empowered, inspired and connected.
Together with Lush Liverpool Spa the world's largest Lush store, spanning over 1,800 square metres and renowned for championing innovation, wellbeing and independent businesses, Woman of Wellness offers a unique evening unlike any other.
Throughout the evening you'll hear inspiring conversations from an incredible guest panel, sharing their knowledge and personal experiences on topics including mental health, perimenopause, gut health and women's wellbeing.
You'll have the opportunity to network with like-minded women, discover a carefully curated collection of local wellness brands, enjoy complimentary Lush experiences, and explore products and services designed to support your wellbeing.
We'll end the evening with a calming guided breathwork session, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded and ready to take a little of that wellbeing home with you.
