Sunday 26th April 11am until 2pm. £12 per person. Non refundable. Booking via Gymcatch only. ALL proceeds to Alzheimer's Society. Starts 11am in The Evergreen Hall Coleford. Ends 2pm. You do not have to do the whole 3 hours! The 3 hours is 3 x forty five minute Fitness Pilates classes. Please bring a mat and water and snacks!
