Unlike a traditional sound bath on a yoga mat, you'll be welcomed onto a luxurious 4-inch CertiPUR-US® certified memory foam mattress, complete with a soft cotton fitted sheet, neck pillow, bolster, cozy blanket, and a warm heated eye mask. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to help you completely relax from the moment you arrive.

As you settle in, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of our collection of quartz crystal singing bowls, therapeutic sound instruments, and Luna (our handcrafted Italian Grotta Sonora gong). The rich layers of sound gently wash over you, inviting your mind to quiet, your body to soften, and your nervous system to unwind.
