Luxury Restorative Yoga

A cosy space to slow down and soften, where you’re gently guided inward through breath, stillness, and sound.

We begin with simple breathwork to ground the body and clear the mind, creating space to land fully in the moment. From there, we move into deeply supported Restorative shapes, using props such as bolsters and blocks, to help the body release tension and settle into a state of deep relaxation.

The practice closes with an extended gong journey. Each week features one or two of my planetary gongs and crystal bowls, each offering its own unique quality of healing through sound.

This final rest invites you to explore your inner world, let go of what’s no longer needed, and receive whatever’s here.
