Luxe Wines to Treat Yourself

Headmistress Fox will present six iconic wines from around the world. The bottles we'll taste average $500-$1200 per bottle in local restaurants and hotels. From Dom Perignon to a Sinskey Rosé of Pinot Noir to Peter Michael's "Les Pavots" to a 30-year Tawny Port and others, you'll be transported to a complexity and depth you may have never experienced in a wine. Specially priced class at $155/person, each pour will be two ounces.

Fox School of Wine invites you to a fun-filled, guided wine tasting on Main Street. Executive Sommelier and Fox School of Wine Headmistress, Kirsten Fox, and her Wine Professors will present a well-paced tasting of five, approachable, under-$40 hidden gem wines that you may have overlooked in the aisles at your local liquor store.

You'll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, food pairing ideas...

Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and class begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.

Charcuterie Platters are available for purchase if you wish to nibble during class. This service is provided by Park City Dessert and the trays will be delivered to your table. Platters must be ordered by end of day on the Wednesday before your class..
