Lunges & Lattes: Outdoor Pilates at East & Co.

Back for round two! Kinetic Pilates is bringing it back outside for a FREE 50-minute mat class on East & Co.'s lawn, followed by Ozo espresso drinks and small bites at the coffee bar.

Zero experience needed; class will be taught for all levels. Bring a mat and water, wear something comfy, and get ready to lunge, squat, and stretch it out.
