with guided meditation and a short teaching
in person | livestream for members
Each class consists of a 10-minute guided meditation followed short teaching followed by 10 minutes of contemplation. This condensed class is a wonderful opportunity to spend a meaningful lunch break.
The classes are all drop-in, so there is no need to pre-register. Each class is a stand-alone class, but it is not necessary to attend all the classes to receive the benefits of the meditations and teachings. Through training in patience in this way, we will be able to develop a deep and lasting experience of inner peace and happiness.
