Letting Go of Perfect- half day course

Put down “perfect”. In this workshop, we will discover how perfectionism stands in the way of self-honesty and stifles positive change. Through observing its pernicious effect on our mind, we will develop a strong wish to be free of its influence. We will then look at some essential meditations to drop unrealistic expectations, create a more gentle and generous approach with ourselves, and inspire an encouraging attitude to move forward into our life.

Join us for a meaningful Saturday mornings with meditations to create a gentle and warm approach to our life.

Each session will consist of short teachings, prayers and meditations with refreshments between sessions.

Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience. Come and meditate!
