If you made a reservation and are unable to attend, you must notify us by that date. Otherwise, you are responsible for the $40 cost of your reservation. We must provide the reservation numbers to the venue before our event. Contact us at [email protected] to cancel if you are unable to attend.
For cancellations after that date, you may send $40 with a friend or mail a check to:
