Deborah Bradford a visionary leader whose passion for empowerment and transformation has touched countless lives. Her journey as a community leader, advocate, and organizer is marked by her unwavering commitment to uplifting individuals, families, and communities. She leads with compassion and purpose, bridging community needs with municipal leadership and inspiring strategic collaboration for positive change.

Deborah is a Board Member of the McKinney Community Development Corporation, actively shaping decisions that enhance quality of life and foster business growth in McKinney, and Co-Pastor of New Jerusalem Baptist Church.

Her heart for service is evident in her non-profit, The Community Care Project, where she spearheads initiatives that promote community wellness, personal development, and transformational outreach.

She is the founder of Beauty Secrets, a transformational leadership and empowerment forum dedicated to nurturing the whole woman—physically, spiritually, emotionally, and professionally, and offers a safe and affirming space where women are encouraged to discover their purpose, strengthen their leadership capacity, and walk confidently in their identity and purpose.

Her topic, “The Beauty of Becoming: Navigating the Seasons of Life,” will encourage women to live purposefully and intentionally; while emphasizing that true leadership begins from within, and that each season of life brings new opportunities for growth and transformation. The session topic will inspire us to navigate each unique season with grace, courage, and purpose.

Lunch Bunch Speaker Series is an informal conversation around topics of interest to members and nonmembers. Lunch is not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. All are welcome. The event is free.
