These days we're all logging in to half a dozen accounts a day. Relying on memory, an autofill that only works half the time or reusing passwords is both exhausting and risky. A password manager removes the mental load, saves time and gives you one secure source of truth across your devices.

In this practical Lunch & Learn you’ll:

• Create your account and set a strong master password
• Import passwords from browsers, notes or even a physical book
• Add non‑password items like policy numbers, NI and NHS details
• Learn how password managers are encrypted and your vault is safe
• Troubleshoot common issues and learn safe storage habits
• You’ll leave with a password manager installed and fully functioning, plus a clear system for saving important information going forward. It will save you time every day and give you peace of mind - the days of clicking “reset password” will finally be behind you!

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. To request a refund, please contact us through the Eventbrite platform with your order information.
• No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation. We will notify you of any cancellations via the email provided during ticket purchase.
