Blending Western physiology, lifestyle medicine, and Eastern wisdom, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how chronic stress affects the body, why foundational health habits matter, and how small, realistic shifts can support greater resilience and long-term well-being.

About the speaker:
Rachel Mark is the co-founder of Glow Integrative Clinic in Oak Bay, a multidisciplinary integrative health clinic focused on supporting women’s health across the lifespan.
Drawing from more than 20 years of training and clinical experience in exercise science, health behaviour change, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, integrative and functional medicine for women, yoga, and more, their work brings together a holistic lens on women’s health, nervous system regulation, hormone health, and burnout prevention.

Glow Integrative Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic based in Oak Bay focused on supporting women’s health through integrative and holistic approaches to care. Their work brings together multiple disciplines and perspectives to support health and well-being across different stages of life.
