About this Event

Join our July Lunch and Learn at

On today’s busy world, many women are operating in a constant state of stress without fully realizing the impact it can have on health, hormones, energy, mood, sleep, and overall well-being.

This session offers an engaging and practical introduction to the foundations of women’s health, with a focus on the connection between the nervous system, hormone health, and burnout prevention. Blending Western physiology, lifestyle medicine, and Eastern wisdom, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how chronic stress affects the body, why foundational health habits matter, and how small, realistic shifts can support greater resilience and long-term well-being.

What you’ll experience:

  • An introduction to the connection between stress, the nervous system, and hormone health
  • Foundational approaches to supporting energy, emotional regulation, sleep, and overall well-being
  • Practical tools and realistic lifestyle shifts that can be applied right away
  • A combination of lecture, discussion, interaction, and space for questions
  • A holistic perspective drawing from both Western and Eastern approaches to health
