Join us for an in-person Lunch & Learn Session on Tuesday, October 15, at the Erie Art Museum -- make sure to BYOL (bring your own lunch).AFP Board Member Jared Magoon, CFRE, will lead an engaging session titled Bias in Fundraising: A peer-to-peer dissection of common challenges. Building on last year’s highly successful discussion on Recognizing Our Bias, Jared will help us explore practical strategies for ensuring authentic, inclusive communications that avoid common DEI pitfalls.
About the Speaker:
Jared Magoon is the Assistant Director of Development at HomeFree-USA, a national HUD intermediary. With a Master of Business Administration, CFRE certification, and over 15 years of experience, Jared has raised more than $35 million. His work focuses on nonprofit operations, board development, strategic planning, and especially empowering smaller nonprofits.
