The big birthday fireworks are over, but the story continues. This August, we're skipping the battle maps to dig into how everyday people actually lived in the 1700s. Join us for four weeks of readings and discussion, one theme at a time: These United Colonies?, Nation Among Nations, Doctors and Nurses, and Sport and Leisure.
Lunch & Learn: Thursdays in August • NOON
On Thursdays, stop at the People’s Place Café first (777 Broadway) to pick up your meal at noon, and then we'll head to the Wellness & Empowerment Center next door (775 Broadway). Please note that the Center is now also accessible by a lift.
