Introducing new Lunar classes, done like never before.
In these classes we will be exploring asana and pranayama practices in a new way, that is different to Ashtanga. Ashtanga is considered a solar or masculine energy type practice that is very rigorous and heating. In contrast, lunar classes are more feminine, nurturing and flowy. We will explore movement in a way that is quite different from the traditional Ashtanga method, but still cultivates awareness with emphasis on breathing techniques. We will facilitate different exercises, meditation, craft or intention setting that will be specific to the planetary alignment during the lunar cycle. Expect each class to be unique and transformative.
Because the cycles of the moons are in flux, these classes will take place on different days each time. Space is limited and to ensure enough materials, registration is required. Zoom options are available if booked within 48 hours of class. Materials may be delivered or picked up at the studio.
