Lunar New Year Wellness Event - Hypnosis | Yoga | Sound Healing | Cacao

Held just before the Lunar New Year, this immersive experience is designed to help you release the old, reset your nervous system and consciously step into a new cycle of clarity, motivation and embodied intention.

We’ll move gently through yoga, be guided into deep subconscious recalibration through hypnotherapy, receive vibrational sound healing and open the heart with cacao. This is a space to reconnect with yourself, honour transition and align with forward-moving energy - perfect if you’re craving depth, grounding and real inner shift.
