About this Event
As women we are given the narrative that we should put love outward first, but this Valentine's day we'll be pouring into ourselves unapologetically!
This workshop invites you to reconnect to your playfulness, confidence, sensuality and emotional honesty all through movement, ritual, and reflection.
Here's the flow
You’ll be guided through an afternoon intentionally crafted for self-love, self-expression, and embodied connection:
Inner Child Activation
Playful activities to remember ease, curiosity, and playfulness
Embodied Dance Session with a Spicy Flow 🌶️
An empowering dance session led by Tamara to spark confidence, sass, and freedom
A Little Break
Time to hydrate, laugh, breathe, and connect with other like- minded women.
Sensual Flow with Bev
We’ll be joined by confidence coach Bev, who’ll guide us through gentle yet powerful activities and conversations wrapped in softness and sensuality. Expect to leave feeling more unapologetically connected to the power of your sensuality than ever before!
Sister Circle on Love & Healing
A heart-led community conversation exploring self-love, boundaries, recreating what inner intimacy feels like, and the ways we’re learning to love ourselves better.
Closing Meditation
A grounding moment to seal your intentions and step into the rest of your day softer, clearer, and more connected.
