Seasonal Watercolour Workshop

This session is designed to teach the basics of watercolour painting. Each class will begin with an instructor-led introduction to key watercolour techniques, followed by the creation of a seasonal painting to practise your new skills, guided by artist Annie Dalton.

Basic art supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own materials if you prefer to practise with them.

What will be covered in each session:

• Tuesday 10th February – Valentine’s / Galentine’s card making
• Tuesday 17th February – Winter landscapes
• Tuesday 24th February – First signs of spring: floral painting (snowdrops, daffodils, bluebells) - SOLD OUT
• Tuesday 3rd March – Zodiac constellations
• Tuesday 10th March – Capturing spring: landscapes, animals or plants
• Tuesday 17th March – St Patrick’s Day painting: Guinness and four-leaf clovers
• Tuesday 24th March – Rabbit illustrations
• Tuesday 31st March – Easter card making

Please note that the card-making workshops will be more relaxed and less instructor-led than the other sessions.

Access to this workshop is via stairs only.

This workshop is hosted by SoLo Craft Fair, an independent gift shop in Leadenhall Market. The shop showcases work from over 100 different makers and designers—please feel free to browse before or after your class.
