About this Event
A space to breathe together, expand together and honour self-love in its truest form.
This two-hour breathwork journey is an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect, creating space for more self-love, joy and abundance. Rather than focusing on external celebration, this experience centres on self-love as a lived, embodied feeling.
✨What to expect✨
- We’ll begin by gently working with the nervous system, helping the body shift out of busyness and into a calmer, more open state and ready to recieve.
- We'll then move into a cacao circle, working with this sacred plant medicine to create openness and connection to our heart space
- You'll then be guided into a conscious connected breathwork journey designed to clear stagnant energy, release what feels heavy or outdated, and create space for what you’re ready to call in
- We'll close with deep integration to reflect & allow the experience to settle
- A space to share or to journal
This session is rooted in themes of love and joy, not as something external or performative, but as an internal experience. Through the breath, we move beyond thinking about self-love and into feeling it, opening the body and mind to receive more ease, expansion and abundance.
You’re welcome to come alone, with a friend or with a partner. This is a shared experience held in a supportive group setting, open to all and guided with care. No previous breathwork experience is needed.
The workshop will take place at House of Moon in North London, a beautiful space that supports deep rest, reflection and connection.

What to Know / What to Bring
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space before we begin.
- The doors will be closing at 1:25pm. Due to the nature of the event, late arrivals will not be admitted to ensure we keep a secure & relaxing container
- Wear comfortable, loose but warm clothing that allows you to lie down and breathe freely. Layers are recommended.
- Bring a water bottle and anything that helps you feel cosy or supported, such as a jumper, socks etc
- Mats, blankets & eye masks will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own eye mask if you like.
- Avoid heavy meals at least 2hrs before the session
- Avoid alcohol and other mind-altering substances the day before and on the day of the event
- Avoid caffeine and other stimulants before the event
- Please feel free to bring your journal and a pen

Important Information & Contraindications
Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for everyone.
If you have any medical or mental health conditions, it’s important to read the following carefully before you book a ticket.
- Schizophrenia, unmedicated bipolar disorder or psychosis
- Unmanaged PTSD
- Epilepsy or seizures
- Heart conditions or arrhythmia
- COPD or other pre-existing lung conditions
- Pregnancy
- High blood pressure or very low blood pressure with a history of fainting
- Severe asthma
- Glaucoma or detached retina
- Severe osteoporosis
- Recent major surgery
If you experience panic attacks or high anxiety levels, a modified practice may be more suitable. Please also let Nic know if you are currently using any micro-dosing protocols.
