About Bánh Chưng
Bánh chưng is a traditional Vietnamese rice cake made with sticky rice, mung beans, and pork, carefully wrapped in banana leaves and cooked low and slow. It’s a staple of Lunar New Year celebrations, shared with family and loved ones to mark new beginnings.
