Lunar New Year Egg Rolls & Mango Sticky Rice Experience

Join me in the kitchen for a warm, hands-on Lunar New Year cooking experience centered on sharing the experience of cooking together.

In this class, we will make savory egg rolls with protein from start to finish. You will learn how to prepare the filling, roll and seal the wrappers, and cook egg rolls with confidence so you can recreate them at home for family dinners or gatherings with friends. I will guide you step by step in a warm, fun kitchen setting designed to feel approachable and encouraging.

We will also prepare mango sticky rice, a classic dessert often enjoyed during Lunar New Year celebrations. Lightly sweet and comforting, it is the perfect way to finish the meal.

To bring everything together, we will make my mom’s famous soy lemon garlic dipping sauce, a longtime family favorite that pairs beautifully with the egg rolls and adds a special, personal touch to the experience.
