We’ll start the night with bubbly or wine and an irresistible spread of savory bites — the kind that make you glad you skipped the dinner crowds. Then, you’ll dip your own chocolate-covered strawberries before diving into a step-by-step charcuterie workshop, creating one beautiful 10×12 board together to take home and enjoy later.
As you build, Barb will guide you through pairing ideas, flavor balance, and simple styling tips while you sample select ingredients from the board.
Each couple will receive:
· A completed 10×12 charcuterie board to take home
· Chocolate-covered strawberries you’ve dipped together
· A guided tasting of board favorites
