Step into an evening of relaxation, renewal, and wellness at Harbour Hotel Brighton on 14th July from 4pm to 9pm for £85 per person.
Designed to help you unwind under the calming energy of the New Moon, this immersive wellness experience combines spa indulgence, mindful movement, skincare rituals, and deep relaxation in one luxurious evening.
Your experience begins with full spa access from 4pm to 5.30pm, giving you time to relax and recharge in the tranquil surroundings of the HarSPA.
At 6pm, enjoy a gentle yoga session with Justine, created to align mind and body through flowing movement and calming breathwork.
The evening continues with a Temple Spa “Spa’ty” facial workshop at 7pm, where you’ll discover expert skincare tips while enjoying herbal teas and light canapés. Following the workshop, there will be an opportunity to browse Temple Spa’s luxurious wellness products and chat with the team.
To complete the evening, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative Soundbath with Luisa from 8.15pm to 9pm. With soothing sound vibrations and a comforting self-heating eye mask, this session is designed to help you fully release tension and leave feeling grounded, calm, and renewed.
Robes, towels, and slippers will be provided. Guests are kindly asked to bring a pillow and blanket for added comfort during the Soundbath session.
