✨ Sound healing with bowls, chimes, drums, and grounding tones

✨ A calm, supportive space to rest and restore

✨ Tea to help you relax and integrate

✨ Time to simply be, no pressure, no expectations

You do not need prior experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing. Just come as you are.

This is not about performing healing, it’s about allowing your body to remember how to relax.
