Join Voyageur Adventures and the Moon Guy Next Door for a once in a lifetime experience: witnessing a lunar eclipse from a canoe.
Paddle into English Bay at dusk in one of our 34-foot Montreal-class Voyageur Canoes, accompanied by Paddle Canada certified skippers and local astronomy guide Eloi Homier (aka Moon Guy Next Door).
Thanks to his years of eclipse-chasing experience, Eloi will interpret the sky and give you a play-by-play of what's happening as the Moon dips into the Earth's shadow.
Learn about the celestial alignments that make eclipses possible and what gives the Moon its distinct red colouring - all while floating on the waters of English Bay.
In case of cloudy conditions, we will paddle out and learn about the Moon and the cosmos with fun, hands-on on activities.

7:30pm: Meet at Vanier Park Boat Launch
8pm: Paddle out into English Bay
10pm: Return to Vanier Park
Adults (19+): $40
Youth (12-18): $25
