Lunar Eclipse Gathering

Join Valerie in this intentional gathering to move through the intense energies surrounding the full moon lunar eclipse in Virgo. This is a gathering for those who are looking to process & release through the body as we move through powerful somatic practices together.

This eclipse in Virgo is about awakening to the need to enjoy more order in our lives. This is a potent time to examin our work, habits, health, and routines. We are likely to receive strong messages from our intuition regarding our next move along these lines.

Even if you know nothing about the moon or eclipses, you are WELCOME HERE. This is a powerful combination of somatic practices to help you process all that life is throwing at you lately.

We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao or different 🍄 options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds.

You will then be educated on the process and benefits of both breathwork and sound healing. This will then transition into intention setting, working with the energy of the lunar eclipse.

We will then move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy, regulate our nervous systems, and access the subconscious mind. This is an active, fast-paced breathwork.

After this, as you rest in shavasana, you will be guided into our sound bath to utilize the power of vibration & sound to help you relax & go deeper into your internal experience. Val uses intentional instruments & vibrational patterns to help your body process & release stuck sensations/emotions.

Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & sound practitioner Val Davis.
