The evening begins with a signature Flow Class (@thebarstudio.pb) led by Brenda Magaña and Sylvia Wrosz, designed to release tension through movement and mind-body connection. Afterward, Sylvia (@sylvia_sessions) will guide a meditation, leading into a closing sound bath that will bring you into a state of deep inner peace. Together, we will walk under the starry sky to the beach, grounding in the sand before an optional ocean immersion—an act of renewal and a reminder that you can always begin again. Returning from the plunge, a bonfire (@blulitebonfires) will ignite the spirit, setting the stage for connection and reflection as we close this ceremony.
