Breathing in the Moonlight is more than a class—it’s a ritual of reconnection. Rooted in lunar wisdom and somatic healing, this sacred breathwork circle offers a safe space to move energy, release emotional residue, and awaken the quiet magic of your inner world.

Held in rhythm with the moon, each session invites you to explore the landscape of your body, emotions, and soul through breath, presence, and gentle guidance.

Led by Donna S. Conley—Reiki Master, somatic healing guide, and founder of Wild Moon Healers—you’ll be supported in working with the breath as a tool for transformation and restoration.

• Reclaim your voice and your truth
• Awaken presence, clarity, and vitality
• Rest, integrate, and regulate your nervous system

Through conscious breathwork, guided meditation, energy alignment, and optional reflection, you'll access deep inner wisdom and create space for renewal and rebirth.

🌀 What to Bring

A yoga mat, pillow or bolster, water, journal, and anything else that helps you feel supported—eye mask, blanket, stress balls, crystal, or essential oils.

A 90-minute session, including an opening ritual, active breathwork, integration, and a closing circle.
