Join us at Maryland Therapeutic Riding, where you can immerse yourself in the healing bond between humans and horses during a three-hour event.
Event Highlights
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Session: Participants will engage in a group EAGALA session, led by both an EAGALA certified mental health provider and an equine specialist.
Interactive Experience: Attendees will work collaboratively with a group of horses (and possibly goats) in a guided process of discovery and connection, facilitated by trained EAGALA professionals.
Tailored Topics: Discussions will be customized for the group and may include themes such as self-care, resiliency skills, social connection and support, mindfulness activities, and more.

Lunch will be provided afterward. No previous horse experience is necessary, and there will be no riding involved during the event. We look forward to welcoming you for a chance to embrace wellness and forge connections with horses.
