On March 27th at 6:30pm, we gather in soft light and sacred stillness at The Reiki and Wellness Center of Manahawkin.
This evening is an invitation to slow down completely. To rest without apology. To be held by warmth, sound, and gentle energy work.
You’ll be guided by Cristin of Mayura Heart Wellness, through deeply supported restorative postures while Reiki flows intuitively and crystal singing bowls wash over you in soothing frequencies during Savasana. The candlelight sets the tone. The sound carries you. The rest does the healing.
If your nervous system has been running the show lately, this is your permission to pause.
