Classes will be led by our local instructors and community partners, creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for all levels.

Registration is required for each class.

Classes will be released two weeks in advance.

Registration opens at 9 am 14 days before each event.

Important Information

Please bring: A water bottle and a towel for sweat.
