Join us for our second Summer Series event with lululemon Legacy West Train Ambassador, D'Juan Woods at The Star. D'Juan will lead us in in “GameDay” the Ultimate Athlete Bootcamp’s signature class format.

“GameDay” is an athletic based HIIT class that last 45 minutes. Guests will experience training in the manner of a professional athlete. The class entails movement in all three planes of motion, with emphasis on strength, cardio, speed, and agility.
