Lughnasadh Sound Bath

Lughnasadh marks the halfway point between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox. It celebrates the first harvest of the season. In Irish mythology, the god, Lugh, called for the creation of games in honor of his foster mother, Tailtiu, who died from exhaustion from clearing an entire plain to plant crops.

We will begin with a reflection ongratitude. What are you grateful for?

We will use this theme to set an intention for our restorative sound bath experience. During the sound bath you will be enveloped in the ethereal tones of crystal bowls, bells, and chimes, and the grounding tones of the gong and Himalayan bowls. To end, we will assimilate our sound experience and reflect on what we are grateful for.
