Lowther's Folk, Roots & Maritime Festival
Most of the festival remains free to attend. With so many events across the country shutting down because of funding cuts and the rising cost of living, we’re committed to keeping live music accessible before it disappears. To help cover artist fees, workshops and the unseen running costs, we’ve added a Supporter upgrade option. That income helps us keep the main event free and sustainable for years to come.
Join us on Saturday 25 July for Folk & Roots and Sunday 26 July for Maritime performances across three stages - The Chapman for groups, The Shrimper Marquee for duos and smaller acts, and The Poet’s Corner for solo sets, readings and talks. Expect food and drink traders, craft marquees, indie sellers and (fingers crossed) sunshine to enjoy in our award-winning gardens while you soak up the atmosphere.
We’ll be announcing the lineup soon and introducing the artists joining us - keep an eye here and on our festival page, Lowther’s Folk & Roots Festival. See you there! #FolkFestival
