Discover how everything old is new again as we explore some of the latest trail and park upgrades in downtown Toronto.
About this Event

Beginning at Castle Frank Station, we’ll descend along Rosedale Valley Road, emerging in Cabbagetown before picking up the newly reopened Lower Don Trail and following it south toward Cherry Street.

Along the way, we’ll explore the recently added waterfront and marshland areas of Biidaasige Park, part of Toronto’s remarkable new Port Lands landscape.

There are more great waterfront views ahead as we continue to Cherry Beach, where we’ll reach our optional concluding picnic. (A food truck is usually stationed there).

A hike that combines old Toronto trails, newly restored connections, and some of the city’s newest waterfront landscapes.
